Establishing unique brand positioning for your product or service is vital to ensuring a sound platform before beginning any creative work. A successful brand strategy needs to have the input of key board members, stakeholders and managers in order to gain traction and buy in.


Our starting point with a brand strategy is to begin by examining your competitors. It is important to build up a clear picture of who they are and how they market themselves.


It is only by having a clear understanding of what your competitors’ position is that you can begin to work out where you are placed. From here it is then possible to hold workshop meetings to determine an organisations’ long term objectives. This in turn helps establish a desired position for the future.
